wowser # 2 & 4 & 6 are really nice

Thanks Joe. It's amazing to see the difference between the EV-0 shot and the final HDR results. I really like what it does to the sky in 2 and 4 and shadows in 6. After discovering HDR, I'm afraid that I will have to get a larger hard drive or an additional side-kick drive to store all of my image files.

Photos were taken during the Tulip festival in Holland, Michigan. Photos were shot at -2, 0, +2 and processed with Photomatrix.

Still learning how to use this site. Excuse the duplicate post. Is there a way to remove a second post like this?

Would be nice to see the full size image, but you've made a huge improvement! Nice work!

Thanks. I wasn't familiar with storing the original image before now, so here it goes.

HDR and stormy skies really go together, like how the blue pops. Good job.

Thanks. I agree, HDR and back-lit clouds are a great combo. I really like the contrast between the clouds and the flash of blue sky in the distance.

Nice shot...do you have Topaz Filters?

Thank you. Being relatively new to creative digital photography, I wasn't familiar with Topaz. Your comment peaked my curiosity, so I checked out Topaz on the Internet. It definitely sounds like a good set of plug-ins. So far the only software I currently have is Photoshop Elements and Photomatrix.
