I had a chance to visit Nepal in January.
I took the "mountain flight" and snagged photos of the Himalayas from the air, including Everest.
The next day, I was able to photograph sunrise on Annapurna and then hike down through several villages.
Here are a few of the photos.
I used a guide/trekking service.
I actually met the owner and had time talk directly with him about what his company offers.
He is native to Nepal with many years of experience. He has relationships all across Nepal that he can draw on to create the perfect trip. Whether it is a trek to one of the many base camps in the Himalayas, or exploring/researching Buddhist and Hindu cultural sites, or going on a jungle safari, or taking a flight to the Himalayas geared specifically for capturing photos of the mountains, and so much more.

The trekking company is Shepherd Trekking (https://shepherdtrekkingnepal.com/).
Ping me if you have any comments.

If anyone is going to Nepal I would highly recommend these guys.

Looking for a "nifty fifty"?
Here you go.
This is the f/1.4 with the metal housing - not the plastic f/1.8 or the L f/1.2.
This lens is in excellent condition.
Perfect glass, no dust or scratches.
Includes the original box, document, front and rear lens caps.
There is a UV filter on the front to protect the front element of the lens.
It also comes with padded, zippered storage case for storing the lens when it's not on your camera.

$200 + $10 shipping

Take a look at the photos.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Tamron states that they built their own extenders to specifically match their lenses.
Try the Canon extender first, but you may end up going with the Tamron extender to get the performance you want.

I own this lens and have it attached to my Canon SL1 for the smallest "walkaround/travel" package I could come up with.
I am amazed at the quality of the photos I've taken with this lens. Granted it's not "L" glass, but for walking around and being able to go from 18mm (wide angle) to 400mm is hugely convenient.
Here are a few photos I've taken.

I downloaded the PDF form of the manual from the Canon website (http://gdlp01.c-wss.com/gds/0/0300024970/03/eos5d-mk4-im3-en.pdf)
Then printed it to 8.5x11" paper (on both sides of the paper)
Punched holes in the pages and put them all in a 3 ring binder - way easier to read!

$110 for a headlamp (Petzl - REACTIK+ Headlamp)
$120 for a beanbag (LensCoat LensSack Pro Realtree Max4)

$170 for a camera raincoat (AquaTech SSRC Extra Large Sport Shield Rain Cover)
$496 for an extender (Nikon AF-S FX TC-14E III 1.4x Teleconverter)

Looks like I won't be doing anymore wildlife photography.

And that list is just the "essentials"!

I have two 105mm filters with storage cases:
1. UV (Ultra Violet)
2. CPL (Circular Polarizer)

That I no longer need.
Hoping to find someone who can use them.
Just pay for shipping ($10).

I know the Sigma 150-600mm Sports lens uses a 105mm filter.
Not sure of any other lenses that have that filter size, as well.

Take a look at the photos.
Let me know if you have any questions.
