I do enjoy a challenge and Hummers provide just that.
I used some big glass and locating the subject was a trial in it's self.
Critique Advice most welcome.
I'd really like to know how best to deal with the harsh white light spots my PP knowledge is lacking.

I struggle with the off centre aspect too I like to see what I'm looking at if you know what I mean with as much detail as possible.
I just had to chuckle with this series of shots I'm not skilled enough to plan outings with objectives I just take what I see luck plays a great part.
Canon 1D3 Canon 800mm which produced an image that needed a crop.
I lack skills in dealing with the image in photoshop I just tend to be too heavy handed either I can't see the result of the adjustment or I over do it and ruin the image this could also be my monitor is too bright. Any advice most welcome.

I'm new here just arrived. I'm way down the learning curve of photography so I have a great deal to learn. I tend to home in on birds as I spend half the year in a great location.
