William Ng has an excellent video, on U-Tube, about making and adjusting a table saw sled. He uses a micrometer and feeler gauge to make adjustment.

I bought two. My wife hates hers. She went back to her old pillow. I don't really like mine either. All the fill migrates to the top of the pillow during the night. By morning the pillow looks more like a wedge than a pillow. Long story short, two thumbs down.

Things to do in Minnesota. There is Grand Marais on the north shore where you can get some of the best night shot in the country. There's the headwaters for the Mississippi at Itasca State Park. There's Gooseberry Falls, Minnehaha Falls, Minepoa State park has a nice waterfall, Jay Cooke has a lot of nice water features. Duluth has a huge Christmas Light display. When the Mississippi freezes over go to the city park by Wabasha, there has been as many as 150 eagles at the hot spring. St. Paul has a freight train station with about 20 tracks, you can't go in the yard but there's a bridge over it that you can spend hours taking pictures from there. Go to Vikings stadium before a game a take photos of all the people with thier purple face and horns. Now is also a good time for photos of old broken down houses and barns.

For some reason, one drive (My Book) is almost always K. Using this hub hasn't changed the messed up lettering, but it saves me the trouble of plugging and unplugging the wires. It's too bad you can't permanently name a Windows drive, but you can't. I have SyncBack setup to backup folders on D to the external K, regardless which drive is plugged in. I can't have two K drives, so I always have to change the letter. The GoFlex drive always shows up as G.

You can assign a drive a permanent letter.

I found this reply in the Wacom forum from someone that had the same question.

"I had the same problem. Uninstall all previous drivers and install these drivers: ftp://ftp.wacom-europe.com/pub/WINDOWS/ ... 5a_int.exe"

A judge in California has decided that this ex-marine can wear a Purple Heart medal even though he didn't earn it. The judge says it's freedom of speech.

It really made me mad when I read this story. What is wrong with people that wear medals they did not earn. And what is wrong with judges that let them get away with it. I spent 20 years in the US Air Force and it's a disgrace the way vets are treated in this country.

I saw this story on MSN from the NY times. I'll try to post the link.

When I was in the Air Force we had a Data Link system that stopped working on an aircraft. We bench check both system boxes and they both checked good. So we put them both back in the aircraft and they wouldn't work. We then swapped one box with another aircraft and then both aircraft systems worked. After a lot of swapping of boxes we found that the two original boxes would not work in this one particular aircraft. Any other combination would work. So, what does this have to do with your problem? I believe both the camera and card are just fine. It is probably an impedance and/or voltage mismatch causing those two not to work together. I would mark that card and not use it in that camera for awhile. After 3 months we put the original "bad" boxes back into the original aircraft and everything worked. Low voltage electronics can be very fussy at times.

For me this is a pleasant enough photo, but lacks in interest. Please be aware that this is my personal opinion and a photo with similar composition and even less of interest in my opinion has sold for 4.3 millionhttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/art/8884829/Why-is-Andreas-Gurskys-Rhine-II-the-most-expensive-photograph.html

Your colors are nice but a little muted. Maybe a boost to saturation, though it could also be UHH messing with your photo.
I do like the little rise with the tree line and the triangular shape that it makes. I also like that you put that off center and not dead center.
For me this is a pleasant enough photo, but lacks ... (show quote)

I couldn't agree more, UHH is messing with the picture. On my "calibrated" monitor the colors are much brighter. The green layer in the center should be a bright green, and the layer above it is almost black, and that triangle area is a rich golden brown. As presented here on UHH it is kind of boring, but when presented as processed it is better.
