Funny thing, the same people who cite science as paramount in all decision making... refuse it when it is convenient.

But if not for hypocrisy, you'd have no position.

If scientists found a cell growing and developing into a sentient being on another planet.... would the headlines scream - LIFE DISCOVERED!

Or would they say - well... it is dependent on something else, a fact that remains for at least 10 earth years or so... and another 5 before it can survive on its own. It hasn't breathed yet, has no way of defending itself, so either we found no evidence of life, or it's a democrat. We can throw it in the bin or sell the parts.

Only one of ten reporters reported this. Trumps desk is well ahead of the seating, and nothing is televised. She alone described that he fell asleep, and his facial expressions, apparently through the back of his head-

Way didn't any of the rest see this? But then she works for an organization that saw Russians peeing on a bed and is blind to so much else.

Most of us are against all illegal v****g- no matter the circumstance or party- thus a v****g ID would thwart this. Saying a free V**er ID when ID is required to simply open a bank account or to get on a plane, or enter another country disenfranchises certain races is 1000% r****t .

AND we are also against declaring non-citizens legal v**er status, and declaring i*****l m*****ts legal citizenship.

Most are against counting illegal citizens in the census as this is used as a measure to determine representation and is intended as a defecto "v**e" as such. This is the intent of opening borders short term, and long term- hoping they reward those that allowed them in.

This is akin to the need to count s***es as 3/5 a human, this wasn't to make them worth less as a human per-say, but so their mere presence in numbers didn't sway legal representation in political standing.

The question is, why do you support all this...

Ya know, this whole thing about novel uses for already established drugs in attacking certain mechanism(s) in a target pathogen. Cross uses for known drugs avoids 8 to 10 years of testing and the money saved in learning about possible novel uses represents being able to bring treatments that much faster and less expensive. Ivernectim is quite interesting, and not fully understood how it works, but its side effects, or lack thereof, are.

Internal use of dihydrogen monoxide on human health is well established, and I will assume FDA approved. . Did you know dihydrogen monoxide can be used as a solvent to clean clothes and ... hold your hat.... douse fires! The question remains, is dihydrogen monoxide FDA approved for human consumption AND ALSO for the suppression of the chemical reaction resulting from substances combining chemically with oxygen in air to rapidly oxidize? The mechanism for these side uses is totally opposite from how dihydrogen monoxide is used in the human body...

So the politics revolving around things like drugs for certain afflictions is hilarious. Chloroqin /Hydroxychloroquine is used to treat malaria... malaria isn't a v***s... people I know were incredulous that anybody would take a malaria drug to treat c***d, thinking that disqualified it out of hand.. . BUT wait, it is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus ! How can that be???? they aren't anything to do with malaria!! They even said it was dangerous for humans t take it- that it would cause death!!!... yet people with lupus take it all their lives... 25-35 years or more--- you don't know it, because it DOESN'T K**L them.

So you have to ask how it works before you call it a travesty to take it.

So here, is a peer reviewed journal to learn about ivermectim, its discovery in Japan, and the several billion doses TO HUMANS and even animals, and how it works on k*****g specific mechanisms in non vertebrae infestations, and also other things that cells and bacteria and v***ses use and even the treatment of cancer... Think dihydrogen monoxide (water/H20)... it has a lot of uses other than the one the FDA has ( I assume) approved... Why not ask how a drug works, it mechanism(s), and accept that it may be used in many, many ways other than the one it way it was primarily known to be used/developed for.

If just to make an intelligent arguement.

Oh, Hydroxychloroquine works by suppressing the leading cause of death from infections by controlling the body overreactive immune mechanism commonly called sepsis. People's i****e s****m were overreacting to c****-**... sepsis was k*****g them... See it was drug that didn't attack the v***s, it treated the bodies toxic and often deadly reaction to it.

My sources are academic and are well documented. Without all the detail and as an over view of basic information of a historic nature we have the following.

King Solomon placed the relic Arc of the Contract/Covenant into the Great Temple he built along with other critical documents many of the documents are now held in the Vatican Archives in the Vatican City/State. Solomon had a visit from the Queen of Sheba, she returned to the place we now refer to as Ethiopia, pregnant. She bore a son, who traveled to Solomon and there was taught many things including the secrets of the arch. That son returned to his Kingdome in Ethiopia as it's leader with the Arc, he was now referred to as the Emperor of the Universe (the last in the line was Haile Selassie, who had lost the knowledge of the Arc because with the power of the Arc he should have easily defeated the invasion of Fascist Italy during their invasion).

Fast forward to the Christen Crusades. The Knights Templar was primarily a form of archeologists, their main focus was to unearth the writings of King Solomon. They were completely successful and indeed did discover the writings. One proof of this is the complete transformation of building construction in a period of ten years of all major building construction in Europe from wood to stone. The other item on the agenda was to 'contain' the Arc in a small stone structure in Axon in Ethiopia so as to control it's power through the use of magic symbols.

Another item of focus was the retrieval of the Lance of Lungengloria, now housed completely unprotected (as required) in the Hapsburg Armory Museum in Austria. In the cycles of the world history or so it is believed) this is the focus of Good verses Evil among men.

This brings us to a rather important point about "FACTS". Reading the Bible and understanding what you are reading are two entirely different things. A classic scam long ago was to dupe drunks into facts. "Who cut the hair of Sampson and so caused his demise?" The wrong answer was the Jewish woman Delilah, she was a devout Jew and devout Jewish women were NOT allowed to cut even touch a man's hair (the source of his religious strength), Delilah had her woman servant cut Samson's hair at her instruction. Thus you win the bet as a drunk poser that other drunks bet that they know their Bible.

So now the question, who killed Jesus, rather, how did Jesus die. Jesus was killed by the Centurion Lungengloria who drove a standard lance point up and into Jesses side piercing his lung and heart with the lances point, thus facilitating his rapid death. Many will say incorrectly that he died from crucifixion, but this is not correct.

The truth is most often much more interesting than the general story.
My sources are academic and are well documented. W... (show quote)

The spear in his side was a test of life. If a person being crucified was pierced and pulsed blood, that meant there was still a heartbeat. IF there was a heartbeat, the Romans were instructed to break the legs of the condemned, to speed things up from suffocation. But they didn't break his legs, because they didn't have to..

Pretty sure that arguing if it was the left nail or the right, ... or if it was the lack of water or exhaustion...or any of the tortuous things that led up to the final step of being hung and displayed on a cross, the heinous act of crucifixion was indeed carried out many hundreds of thousands of times, they knew how to do it. . People died from the entire long drawn out act, as that was its ultimate intention of death by torture. ... Arguing semantics on how it was they found themselves hung from a cross. and which of the steps caused the death, absolves no-one involved.

How would Maplethorp's controversial subject matter work be treated here? He is very famous and a very accomplished photographer. I don't appreciate a good portion of the subject matter of his work at all. There are a bunch of landscapes and modern art I hate too... . . Doesn't mean I would ever consider preventing someone else from viewing or displaying them. And doesn't mean maplethorp doesn't know what he is doing... He is way closer to Ansel Adams than I will ever be as far as photographic craftsmanship. And some seem to love and appreciate the most controversial subject matter.

Freedom of speech means allowing speech you don't like or agree with. A concept that many nowadays fail to comprehend.

So let's conclude that this isn't the sort of image you'd take nor display... I appreciate your viewpoint on this. But thats all I care to hear from you on the subject. You had to jump through some hoops to view it, nobody forced you. You can avoid the OP's work altogether, you can set the OP in your "ignore" list and not see any of his posts.

So if it is ok with you, I'd prefer to decide what I don't want to look at or appreciate for myself- and wish the same for you.

Under New York law fraud is fraud. It doesn't matter if the banks got paid, or that everyone else is also committing fraud. It's still fraud, and it's against the law. The purpose is to stop fraud because fraud increases the risk for lenders. Next time you get a speeding ticket for going 90 in a 60, tell the cop that he shouldn't can't give you a ticket because no one got hurt and "every other" driver is also speeding. Let me know how that works out for you.

And exactly how do you know that "every other developer in the State of New York" is similarly guilty of fraud? I've heard this mantra from various talking heads, but have yet to see any credible evidence supporting it. Of course, when people say that Trump shouldn't be prosecuted because nobody got hurt and everyone else is doing it, they have essentially admitted that Trump did in fact commit fraud.

The disclaimers are a joke. You are required by law to submit accurate information when you apply for the loans Trump applied for. The onus is on you to submit accurate information; banks have neither the staff nor the time to run around and make sure all of the information you submitted is correct. You can't escape liability by including a bogus disclaimer accompanying your financial information. Next time you apply for a loan for a car or a house go ahead and lie about your financials and put a disclaimer on your application. Let me know how that works out for you.

Getting a reduced speed on a speeding ticket or converted to a failure to comply or tail light out etc. happens all the time. Leniency in front of a judge depends on how many other tickets you have earned and if you are a demonstrated risk to other drivers.

Banks are in the business of loaning money, don't try and sell that banks don't do due diligence in making sure a loan is good- they have exactly the staff and all the the time they need to run their business. The bigger their exposure, the exact amount of diligence do they employ. I have never heard one that depends on a DA to look over their shoulder in order to make a profit... maybe you can show us another example.

Banks determine if they need or can afford to lend you money, and if so, at what rate. I paid a lot less with the bank for my house than the one I originally went to, same everything- why the difference?? Did I defraud the one I went to? Do I care? We signed papers, and I have lived up to my word, they lived up to theirs. Called business. Tell us, did you go with the highest rate?

On other business I have had, they have never been too busy to quote me a rate on which they determined they would do business with me... and if I don't like their rate, I shop around till I find a better one. I did this same thing for car loans, real estate and credit cards, as well as bank fees on business accounts. And guess what- not a single DA did they need in sight!

If one of Trumps banks found out that things weren't kosher, that they felt the loan was at risk, they would have brought the suit ... but much to everyones surprise except the hypocritical dimocrats, there were no complaints, only a corrupt DA who ignores criminals and crime running rampant on the streets of NY, concentrating on exactly one political foe.

Now ignore the raft of specious lawsuits brought against him since he walked down the stairs... in all the years Trump has done business, how in the world did all these line up to be timed for the critical period of a run for the presidency, how absolutely fortuitous to the crime family called Biden. And now senility is even protecting him on the legal front, the report said he willfully and intentionally mishandled documents but he is too senile to stand trial, but he is sharp and crisp and attentive mentally to run the country- which is it???? ROFL you can't make this stuff up.

Here is the thing, he will never pay the 350 million, and that is something that doesn't matter, the lawsuit's timing was the goal, not the penalty. The DA's job is done... now she can go back to chasing business's out of NYC...

I think its humorous the mental hoops the dems will go to to avoid running on the issues against anybody - then pretend their dirty tricks are not anti American and call anybody calling them out on it... anti-democratic... the technique is called projection.

The pipeline made Europe dependent on it.. The most important potential adversaries like Germany etc would be heavily dependent on its continued, unfettered operation.

So in political and military decisions in future, where Russia is invading and annexing other countries, or really any dispute ... how will any country hooked up to it and need it to keep their people warm and industry cranking, act toward anything regarding Russia. Would they pass sanctions, or would that be a declaration of war? Would they rip it being turned off, or would they bend over backwards to avoid any disruption?

Then add the amount NATO members agreed to in funding their own defense and signed treaties that promised each would come to the defense of each another if attacked. Well if they haven't spent the dough, then they won't come to anybody else's defense nor would they provide or add to a deterrent. Most were well below the threshold, a few exceeded it, nobody exceeded it more than the American taxpayer... for the defense of Europe! Why us? We definitely have an interest in it, we've already showed that, but our great grandchildrens money is being spent- with no end in sight. But as it is now, when it comes to sending munitions and arms to Ukraine, we are footing the the lions share... in Europe!

And we never really send enough to tick 'em off too much... just enough to keep it simmering and eating the youth of both sides. It's a politicians war. The whole business sucks and is a rats nest of hurt. Would have been much better if it never happened and Putin didn't think he anticipate how he could get away with it.

Why did it happen in the first place? Because he carefully picked a time that he thought he could get away with it.
