Found it in the menu, so thanks to Don and Tanair for that help. Forever grateful.

Good info, thanks. Still can't find where to turn it off, and I do have both the hard copy and online copy of the manuals, which I have scoured for the answer. Maybe you can help since you have done it.
Thanks so much, never would have found it.

ok, thanks, and do you know where to find it and whether you need to turn it off when using a tripod?
Does anyone out there with an Fz200 know how or if you need to turn off Vibration Reduction on the FZ200? Cant find it anywhere.

Thanks, I checked it out.
Hi Out there,
Have the 510 but considering buying the FZ200. Is it worth upgrading to the Panasonic? The 510 is my carry everywhere camera. Your thoughts
Great advice, sounds like I can navigate elements with video help. I now use Aperture. Thanx so much
Believe it or not, I don't use photoshop. However, am thinking of taking a course so I can at least get started. Would Elements serve me just as well as a beginner? Also, I use a Mac so need a Mac friendly version. Your thoughts, and thanks in advance.

I need to replace my Nikon coolpix 510 after getting it wet. So sad, loved it. Here are some features I would like:( don't need a DSLR, already have one), viewfinder, raw processing,HDR, and a long zoom like the 510. Doesn't have to be a Nikon. Another feature, but not crucial is a port for a cable for long exposures and timed photos. Thanx in advance for your suggestions.
I, too would like that info
I don't want to invest yet in an expensive macro lens. I use a Nikon d3100 and would like to add extension rings instead at a low cost. Please weigh in on what to buy and how to use. Thanks, Happy Labor Day.
