I'm thinking about selling my 7D but I need to find out how many shutter actuations the camera has. Anybody have info on this? Your help is appreciated.
I'm in the market for a new monitor. I'm thinking a 27'' somewhere in the $250 - $350 range. Anyone have any recommendations?
Anybody have experience with this filter? Any feedback good or bad is appreciated
I use the Vanguard AltaPro 264 tripod. Extremley nice, stable, and functional. Check it out at Amazon.
Ive been looking at some lenses and I noticed an MTF graph. What does this tell you about the lens and how do you read them? Thanks for the help

Mostly it fixes it so the LCD displays the proper number of shots the buffer has remaining and a couple of other minor glitches.
Thanks, much appreciated.
Does anyone have info on this update? I recently updated to the new firmware version 2.0 and now I see there's this update only a month after the release. Any info would be appreciated.
I know this is an old post but, do you remember if you were using the flash? I have the same problem but it only occurs when Im using the flash.
Just my 2 cents. I would have said, I can't send a jpeg, but I'll print out a 4x6, or better yet make a very small jpeg and explain if they wanted a bigger print you'd be happy to make out a job order for her and give her a quote on whatever size she wanted printed out. If she felt like she deserved it for free you could say, "This is a business and I only give out the small jpegs or 4x6 prints" If the owner of the horse became upset after that then I'd have to ask myself if the drama was worth the pic and either give her what she wanted or delete the image and walk away. But, if it worked out on the back of the print write out business information so if they wanted a photographer in the future they have your info. That's what I do and I've never had an issue with anybody and It's actually created some business for me.
What's your budget and what do you like shooting the most?
The 5D Mark 2 is one of the best cameras ever made. Super low noise at high ISO, 21 megapixel for big beautiful prints, full frame. I'm going to do the same thing with my 7D, but haven't decided if I'm going with the Mark 2 or 3 yet. Although, I might just save up and keep the 7D as well, I can't bare the thought of letting it go as it's also way up there on the list of best cameras. Any rate you got a pretty good deal and I wouldn't trip. Just wait till you get it home and take a few shots, then you'll answer your own question. Congratulations on the new camera.
