Be sure to go to Marginal Way in Ogunquit, especially for sunrise....crashing waves, beautiful light, big rocks, people surfing, etc. THen take the trail up to Perkins Cove to view the lobster boats and marina, and the dozens of birdhouses on one of the buildings. Go to Neddick Beach Lobster Pound to see the shack with hundreds of buoys. Eat at Pier77 and the view off the pier is wonderful. Don't miss Nubble Lighthouse for sunset. The Nonantum Inn is a neat place to stay...kayaking, swimming, sailboat trips, good food and a neat old resort. Just returned from there.....

Actually, I did it in 10 days. Made the whole loop around Washington and Oregon and stopped to take pictures at every opportunity. I even watched a sailboarding competition on the Columbia River and skiied Mt. Hood that afternoon. Depends on how much you want to see.

Be sure and take the ferry to Victoria...drive all the way down Highway 1 to Portland then follow the Columbia River Highway to Mt. Hood. Awesome waterfalls close enough to walk to all along the road every mile or two. Unbelievable scenery!

Thanks for photos that I didn't get the many times we skiied there over the years. Always too busy to shoot!

I wonder if it is still a Bed & Breakfast Inn? My daughter and I stayed there while visiting my ancestors burial grounds in Scotland. We were not there but one or two nights but I remember it well. The food was awesome and served elegantly. I loved the lake in back - took many photos there. Your photos are sensational - i am an avid photographer also, and I would be proud of these for sure! We live in the U.S. but love England and Scotland...so photogenic!!

In my experience, no, it is not wireless capable. I wanted to place it in another room from my printers, etc. but was told there is no wi-fi capability on the V600. I love it anyway!

I would hate to think that some of these people who claim English as their first language would write business letters like this. Or does everyone have a secretary that edits their outgoing mail? I mean, some of these errors are so blatant that a third grader would be able to comprise letters better than these examples of writing. Just slow down and think what you are writing before pressing "send".

Thank you Michael G. I will try this method and see if it works. As you say, if not, I may have to chalk it up to an expensive mistake.

Thanks guys for the comments. Sounds like I am out of luck and will be out a lot of money either way I go. Goes to show that just paying a lot for something doesn't insure trouble-free operation. I might try to get it to a factory outlet and see what it would involve to repair it. I am also considering ordering a Canon Pixma 100 with a $200 rebate. Good idea. Nothing is more useless than a malfunctioning printer.

Does anyone know what to do when a printer (3 yrs. old) starts leaking black ink all over every print? I have cleaned the heads, the nozzles and everything else it suggests but no change. I called Epson and they said I would have to send it to a certified repair center, the closest of which is 7 hours away. Shipping would be exorbitant as it is very heavy. I can't afford to replace it (it was $900) and I'm sure a minor repair would probably fix it. Is it worth driving the 7 hours there and back to have it serviced?
(When I say leaking, it leaks globs of ink, not just a little. ) This is an Epson Stylus Photo R-3000 bought 3 yrs. ago.

I have a Canon and bought the Sony a6000 for travel. I use it almost exclusively now because it is lightweight, easy to pack and very user-friendly. I have 2 sony lenses, an 8mm Rokinon and various other lenses that I use with adapters. Very versatile little camera.

I also have the Epson Perfection V600 and it has never failed to produce high-quality copies. Can't go wrong with it!

If you knew the answer, why ask the question?
