I am very interested in your scanner. Been considering one for the same reason. Lots of old pictures that no one will ever see. My 87 year old mother in law is suffering from dementia and I plan on creating a slide show of old friends and places for her. I would like to offer $400.00 and can pay for it today. I contacted my brother in law in Leesburg. He is 40 minutes from you and he can get it for me at your convenience. Sunday is better for him but he can accommodate your schedule. Thanks again.

I will be there Sunday. I can pay you now if you like. Thank you for letting me have it. I have been longing for a nice Epson for a long time and now it is possible to have one. You can email or call for details. (804) 804-0878 or ivan4509@aol.com. Thanks again

Good Day, I am hoping that someone in our UHH family may have or know of a good deal on a D850. Refurbished or lightly used good condition is ok. Retired now with limited income so any help or guidance is appreciated. I am in Richmond, VA and I would be willing to drive 100 miles or so. Thanks in advance.

I purchased the largest picture frame I could find for my 80 year old mother in law. The picture was still too small to be seen in her living room. I had replaced my old 21" IMac. It still had many family photos in IPhoto. I set that up in her family room and set the slideshow to repeat. I can choose whether to view all of the photos or select certain events to run. I can also select the time to display each photo. It runs 24 hours a day. It is the center of attention when family members visit. Much clearer than the picture frame.

I have a tip that might help you organize. I found it difficult to organize LR just by date. To make it easier to identify folders highlight a folder then in the library module go to Library tab > rename photo and add description after date so you have 2015-11-24 Macy's Day Parade. Hope this tip helps someone.

Good morning. I can afford to pay $800.00. This does not reflect the value of your camera but the money I have available as I am retired without an income. I am in Richmond, VA also, so quick pickup and no shipping. Thank you. (804) 840-0878

My family gave one to our 80 year old mother-in-law. Even though it was 8 x 10 it still was rather small for her to view across a room. I had an old 24" iMac in the garage. I installed it on a table in the front room and downloaded all of our family pictures to IPhoto. Set the settings to slideshow, continuous loop and disabled sleep mode/screen saver. It works beautifully and all of her friends are in awe every time they visit. Good luck and Merry Christmas.
