Hi. I took this pic over Christmas, using my Canon 50D and a Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 lens. As you can see, the lighthouse is not straight. I'm using Luminar to work on my RAW files, but even when I max out the lens correction slider the lighthouse does not move to vertical. The rock in the centre also becomes considerably smaller with full lens correction, which I think detracts from the picture.
Is this something I will just have to live with when using such a wide-angle lens?
Or, is there a way to straighten the lighthouse while leaving the rest of the image unaffected?
Just getting back into photography after a long break...

Lightroom for reasons given above. Used ICE until I started doing HDR panoramas, then switched to Lightroom as everything is right there in one program. Also either Lightrooms stitching has gotten better or my inputs have.
I wanted to get the Panasonic LX-100 but the price stays high so I think I would get the Sony A6000 instead. I tried to download the manual from Sony but neither manual would show me how to use the camera in manual exposure or manual focusing. I want to learn how to use the camera and how it operates before I buy it.

The conclusion is ... you lose a lot of data. The first pic is 609 KB, 2326 pixels x 1988 The 100 pic is 50.8 KB, 600 pixels x 515 Still works to view and show on your smart phone, but not worth much to make a nice 20 x24 in. enlargement
Print at 11 x 17 ... set a 3 in margin on the bottom. I was presuming you had 11 x 14 paper.
