I live in St. Charles Mi. Home to the Shiawassee Flats. I have met many people from downstate who regularly photograph at Kensington metro park who travel up to the Shiawassee National wildlife refuge once the auto tour opens up. Never know might bump into you up here. I usually boat from my house to the refuge to photograph but also do the auto tour.

drilling is the answer, then we don't depend on our enemies for oil! Our oil will not fund our enemies, but will make us more secure and independent not needing oil from overseas.

Glad to see Pentax finally came out with this camera. Unfortunately I got tired of waiting and switched to Nikon because of lens selection and the D-500 focusing ability. I do have one lens left from my Pentax collection, a Sigma 500mm, F 4.5 that I bought for $5000.00. This lens has not be used for two years and is in 9+ condition. It also has a lens coat protection put on when I received the lens. The reviews for this lens are very good. This lens is doing me no good sitting on the shelf so I am asking what I consider a very good price for a prime lens like this. I used for wildlife photography and it was a very sharp and clear lens.

I will post photos if anyone is interested, asking $2500.00 + shipping. I will provide the original bill of sale from B&H.

I had one, it worked great. I have since switched to Nikon. I still have a Pentax K3II. I have a Sigma 500mm, F4.5 that I am wanting to sell. I paid $5000.00 from B&H maybe 6 years ago. I am wanting to sell this lens for $2500.00. the lens is great, very sharp images. If you might be interested contact me. I will send pics, glass is perfect and so is the body. I put a "Lens coat" on the lens as soon as I received it. This would be included with the purchase. I have not used for over a year now that I'm shooting with Nikon. I used for bird photography and the reach was great. You would not notice much of a difference between 500mm and the 560mm. It is a trade off between reach and speed. The images are very sharp with this Sigma lens. I can show a copy of the original receipt for this lens.

Being as there are a lot of Pentax users replying to this thread I thought I would chime in as well, Have both the K-3 & the K-3II. I have had just about every Pentax camera out there starting with the K-1000. I am selling one of my telephotos lens, to heavy for me now as I age. I have an Sigma, 500mm F4.5 that is in good to excellent shape (9 on other scales) that I want to sell. Paid ~ $5000.00 from B&H about 5 years ago. I have not used in over a year. I'm asking $2500.00 which I know is a fair price for this prime lens. If anyone is interested I will supply photos. It has had a lens-coat on lens from day one.

I live along a river so I have a big advantage over most folks. I set the box anywhere from 5 feet to about 20 feet from the water ( I have four). I can see each box from my Kitchen window. Many times during the incubation period I catch the female going in or coming out to feed while incubating. I open the box daily when I know the ducks are getting ready to hatch. They ALL hatch on the same day. The very next day usually around 8:00 am mom calls them out of the box. They are thirsty and hungry.
