Have had one for years -- probably got it in the sixtys. Broke the handle 5 years ago o but could not find a replacement handle. Repaired the original with wood glue and electricians tape. Still my favorite garden tool.

What in the world would the army need with this camera? I bet it was great for portraits.

Armies have Generals.

Corel's Paintshop Pro is a fully featured package at a very reasonable price (usually less than $80). Also has special modes for the beginner and the photographer. Also has great online support both from Corel and from other sources on YouTube.

I shoot a Canon T6i. It has a "live view" plus tracking feature. You probably have similar feature. You will Lind it in your menus. It may be referred to "face tracking". I frame the picture in live view, tap the screen on the element I want to focus on and then take the picture. If that element moves on the screen (like a nice soft breeze) the camera tracks it and keeps it in focus. It might help.

Looks like its parents engaged in a little miscegenation. (BTW, it's a "Canada Goose," not Canadian. There are far more of them in the USA than in Canada.)

You are correct. You would think that as someone who grew up in northern Michigan i would know better. Must be that I haved lived in Indiana too long LOL. My apologies to our northern friends.

Thank you for your answer and the link. The goose walking around on our golf course could have been the model in the picture in your article. Wait until I tell our friends we know a "famous" goose LOL. ( We may have been cooped up to long)

There is a flock of about a dozen Canadian Geese that visit a golf course next to our home. This one seems to hang out with the flock but not associates with any of them (they are roughly paired up). Is this a Canadian with an unusual pattern or is it a different type?

First work with your IMAGEs (under the Image heading) at the size that you need. Then create a new picture with a CANVAS size (also under Image) of 16x20. Copy your Images onto the new canvas, save and print that. The images will appear as new layers on the New canvas so they will have to be FLATTENED so you can save it as a JPEG for printing.

Sounds like a really interesting project. Please post pics of it when you finish..

I Am looking for recommendations for a good editing program. I am a newbie and currently use a free primitive program. I am looking for a good fairly priced program. I also need a new computer that can adequately handle the program. Processer specs etc would really be helpful. Thanks in advance for responding.

You might consider Corel's Paintshop Pro. The latest version is PSP 2020 includes an organizer, a new simplified photograph processing, or if you want a full post processing PSP is very similar to Photoshop but a little easier. A lot of value for $50 to $80 depending on the version (PSP Ultimate has more "extras").

Thanks IDguy! Have been to Crystal River (great restaurant there -- Charlies Fish House. Great food and a deck to watch the action as fish are cleaned. Lots of Pelis, Cormorants, and a Tarpon or two). We will have to look into your suggestions as we were not aware of the state park there.

Thanks again!

Thanks Photyog8! Since we are staying in Floral City (A few miles south of Inverness) it is a bit closer. Your pictures show it to be a very interesting place. Either a day trip or a stop on the way back north.

Thanks again

Just finishing up a couple of weeks on Sanibel Island and heading north to the Inverness area. We have been to Homossa Springs in the past but are not aware of any other good areas. It is close to The Villages and the Russell Stover candy factory.

Will appreciate any good suggestions
