Nice set.
We have been doing this now for several weeks.
Shutting it all down and taking day trips.

Thanks. I discovered it's worth getting out and away from negative news.

Lovely set, and a very important message. I think some people aren't aware of how their mood is affected by what's on tv or "news" websites.

Thanks. The news can be so depressing. Much prefer the beauty in the world.

If you're sick of all the doom and gloom in the news like I am, go out and shoot the beauty that surrounds us. There is no better way to start than capturing sunsets.

This magnificent symbol of the United States landed in a pine tree behind my condo here in SW FL. I only had a couple of minutes before he took off but I think I got a few nice images. With all the chaos, mayhem, turmoil and destruction going on right now, this reminds me of the beauty that still surrounds us. Together, we'll all get through this..

Living on a golf course in SW Florida, we do see these up close and personal. Proof the bunkers and water are not the only hazards when playing golf. Yes, I kept my social distance by using a 500mm lens.

Thanks. Best sunrise I’ve seen in a very long time. Just glad I caught it when I did.

Most sunset shots I see on here are somewhat ho hum. Been there done that. That shot is VERY IMPRESSIVE. Great shot.

Thanks. Really appreciate the positive comment. BTW, it was a sunrise. About 7AM in SW Florida.

A $1200 dollar lens? Nice pic.

Thanks for looking. This lens is around $800-$900 new. You can find them used or refurbished around $660.

Very nice. Especially using a much-maligned lens.

Thanks Bob. Always interested in your observations and comments. Despite its flaws, I got a good capture with it. No time to run back and get one of my 2.8’s.
