I throughly agree with you. I'm still using old school equipment and I don't see any need to spend hundreds of dollars to get similar results.

I have the same problem and I figured out how to fix it. When my photo has a face that looks like a trafficlight I select it with the Lasso Tool, expand the selection, adjust the color, and deselect. For me that works just fine.

My doctor had gallery quality prints hanging in his office. I mean they are really excellent. I asked the doctor what kind of camera did he use. He said, "Nothing fancy, just a simple point and shoot."
He also told me he got them processed at Shuttrfly. I've been using them ever since.

Hi folks, while browsing and looking for a specific camera, I came across national camera exchange and was curious if any of you had done any business with them, I normally deal with keh, and roberts, but neither one of them have what I’m looking for, any info would be much appreciated. Thanks

If you are considering doing business with an unfamiliar merchant, especially if your transaction involves internet and mail order, It is best to check with the Better Business Bureau and download ripoffreport.com

The attachments and reports that I've read from your posts read like a Stephen King book. I'm not touching Windows 11 until I have to.

I was shooting landscape shots yesterday with my Canon 6D. While shooting I saw a few dust particles and fine hairs while looking through the view finder. At first I thought it might be the lens. So, I cleaned it thoughly. It didn't solve the problem. I put another lens on. Still the same. I cleaned the sensor with with on one built into the camera. I ran the the special stick on the mirror. Any suggestions?

I thoroughly agree with you. I believe that Civics and History are the most important important subject that can be taught in schools, especially in secondary education. Today, in many states, social science is taught as an elective if at all. I still remember when I was a Junior in high school how shocked the class was when we were taught about Teapot Dome. This was our first exposure to scandal in high office. Of course. What would you expect when we were taught that the history of the United State was black and white, good vs eval, and our founding fathers were paragons of faith and virtue. And what really sticks in my craw is the movement in America to prepetuate the mythology that was forced down the throats of American kids prior to the mid 1960's.

I remember Walter Cronkite. When I was a kid my parents used to watch him every night. He was quite a journalist. He started off as a war corrospondent during WW II. I remember watching him on the day of the John F. Kennedy assination. I remember seeing him all chocked up as he reported it.

Also consider the EFS 18-200. For an all purpose walk around lens its great. It takes sharp clear photos and its versitile.

I will be enjoying a two week driving tour of the Southwest (Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico) this month. I have to shrink and lighten my load as much as feasible so I'm leaving my DSLR at home and will be taking my Fuji X-E2S and some lenses. I have recently added a 12mm wide angle to my Fuji kit to widen my view on the APS-C frame. So, I have the 12mm, a 18-55mm and a 55-200mm. I'm weighing whether to take the 55-200mm. I'm not looking to do wildlife photography, but will focus on landscapes, plants, nature, and city scenes. Do any UHHers familiar with that part of the country think I will have enough focal length in the 12mm and 18-55mm to cover 95% of my needs? Thanks for your advise.

I live in New Mexico and I've lived in Arizona for 18 years. For your purposes I think you've made a good choice of lenses.

I used to advertise my photo services on craigslist. Not any more! I've landed a couple of good gigs doing this. But I also got flooded with all kinds of scams. One such scammer said he wanted me to shoot his daughter's wedding in Florida. When I wrote back telling him that the cost of travel and logistics would be too prohibitive, He wrote back offering to full expenses. RED FLAG! He did give me the address in Florida. I looked it up on Google Maps. It was a small office building. And I logged out.

When I shoot in RAW I go to develop. But in MS Photos I am given a duplicate image, one JPG and the other RAW. How do I set it up so I only get the RAW image?
