None of the critters are afraid of humans.
Mother sea lions will let you come within a few feet of them even when they are nursing their pups.
I had sea lions swim up to my mask while I was twenty feet under water.

What you see is part of their courtship ritual. It is called the "Dance of the Boobies".
We are not allowed to touch any of the critters in the park...but you could get within inches

Those critters exist, only in Galapagos . That shot was taken without a telefoto. I was able to get within three or four feet from the little bird.
