Four of my favorite film cameras still with me after all these years.
The Mamiya C-330
The Hasselblad 500 C/M
The Kodak Retina IIc
The Minolta SRT-101
Lots of memories, lots of great images from these cameras. What are your favorites?
In 1967 I bought a Minolta SRT-101. I had a beautiful girlfriend named Veronika who inspired me with photography. I still have the camera along with 3 other film cameras I've used, sitting on my shelf. Thank you Veronika.
Both nice looking cars. I had and loved my 72 MG Midget and then I had a red 1990 Mazda Miata with the bug head lights and the matching hardtop. I applaud your style.
Really nice images. Peggy's cove is where exactly?
Really nice work, but I love the composition in number two.
I have it's predecessor the ZS100 with a shorter range of 28-250mm. It's a very capable camera that has produced many excellent shots for me. You have made a good choice.
I also had a Nikon 18-140 on my D7100. I liked it even more than the 18-200. It was lighter and I felt sharper.
Even though it's 90 yrs old, a Leica must still have some value today. Any idea what it is worth now?
Very nice images. Fun to try and envision the long exposure before you take it.
This almost seems like it should be common sense, but I need a clear, correct answer. Whenever I submit a photo to this site, I always send it in at full resolution, filling the whole page as a result. I would rather the image be displayed in a smaller size but still with high resolution. Would I just change the image size to something smaller and leave the resolution high, and if so what do others reduce the size to? Thanks.
