What a great start Agnes - I have one taken recently of a plant that is flowering in the house. Am sure it is early as spring is not yet here by any means!
I call it Queen of Tears - anyone know its botanical name please?

It looks similar to the bird of paradise

pg 20 It is so very disheartening! I think CCloud sounds too expensive so can't go down that road!
Did you try contacting Adobe and telling them about the crash? Surely they can't expect you to buy another expensive cd+number?
Mine came with the computer so I can't do anything as never did have the license for it in my name!

They won't even discuss it. The only people that can have it now is teachers and students. Since I'm neither, they can't do anything for me except offer discounts.
The worst part is I still have the program on my external drive which I can't access lol

pg 15 - I am almost back to 'normal' BUT lost my photoshop package and can't seem to reload it. Going to have to get someone who knows how to help... can not afford another! Really aggrieved/worried as not sure how to survive without CS5. If push comes to shove I will get Elements 12 as it is affordable and does almost what CS5 does in the basics apparently.

Same thing happened to me ... tech support reset my network and I lost cs6.... come to find out adobe no longer recognizes the license... what a royal pain. So I tried the creative cloud version... I don't recommend it. Looks like I'll be going to elements as well.

It's only 7am here right now so these are from the archives. Hopefully by the 1st I can get my truck from the kid to actually go out and photograph something lol.
Most of these were taken at my favorite park, Agua Caliente.
I love going there to just relax and take in the scenery.

It seems as though many of us are using different post processing software it would be hard for me to cover them all. However one of the best places to look for videos on your particular software is YouTube. Happy Shooting Lass.

Agreed. Just google (your pp program) tutorials. As some of you know that have been here since the beginning, I used to have all of them and could help, but unfortunately I had them installed on an external drive that had decided not to let me access them. LOL it keeps telling me to format the disc and if I do I will lose everything on it... hate when that happens

There wasn't too much interesting on my walk today. The kid is gone with my truck so I was extremely limited.
So these are truly uninteresting photos lol.
I had the camera set to P (program mode) and manual focus.
When I opened them in photoshop, other than the exposure which I corrected with a slight curves adjustment I didn't do anything to them

haha helps to upload them

f/13, 1/800, ISO 400

f/7.1, 1/250, ISO 400

f/5.6, 1/250, ISO 100

YAY Bushido !!!! I was hoping y'all would come back to this .... it is so much more of a challenge to learn to use your camera efficiently. It sometimes seems I've forgotten much more than I ever knew lol. I'm heading out the door for a walk right now and I will post after :)
