She is. She's 18 months old. We've had her about 15 months. That's been one of her biggest issues. She's a lot better but it still gets the best of her from time to time.

This is a cell phone shot of our dog Pepper. She grabbed a paper towel and tried to eat it. She's being punished. I don't know, do you think it's working? LOL
