Thanks Rob - yes, it is a very nice area to try for a novice, it wouldn't have changed over the 8 years, except the trees might be a few feet taller, but probably we had more snow then as compared to now! Glad I could bring you back some good memories!

Thank you, Rob, for your kind words - the skipper of that houseboat "hidden in the greens" really found quite a secluded spot, visible basically just from the water.

Nice again, Kip. I am in the same predicament here: We only had one snowfall (and that's really all I need on my driveway), but I would love to see another dump just at a slightly higher altitude so that I can get out there and shoot the snow landscapes and details that I am craving for!
