Hello thanks for the answer. I usually make it a 300 dpi and enlarge the picture to perhaps 20 x 15 or what ever but not matter how big I make it it never comes out big in the photo contest?

Hello all, probably a dumb question but, if I enter the photo contest, no matter what size I make the picture it always comes out small in the contest, whereas I see other big and beautiful entries. How can I make my entry a larger size?

As we know the colors and light or dark on a laptop screen vary greatly according to the angle of the screen. When printing pictures myself I can adjust the color if it is not right.
I am about to put pictures on to a drive to give to the family I did a shoot for yesterday do they can have their own printed.
How can I be sure - or can I that the colors that I am happy with on my screen will be OK on another computer?
Do I set the screen brightness to the highest?
Any suggestions welcome.
Also the suggestion a few weeks back I asked about about printing on adhesive paper. Just to let you know I got full sheet size Avery clear see through labels and it has worked really well for the craft project I wanted it for. Thanks!

Hello all, I am seeing that this is not a new topic for discussion but every time I put on my laptop it wants me to upgrade to Windows 10? I am sorry that I have not read the previous posts (bedtime) but I am hesitant to do this.

Hello all,I hope you had a happy Easter.
Last year I decided I wanted to start a blog. I paid $$$ to Wordpress. I could not get into it to make it work for me for some reason. It just did not seem user friendly, I don't know. Some friends have a blog on Wordpress that is free. It is simple and not decorative, just words and pictures. That would work for me.
Any suggestions, any ideas. It would need to be a simple free site. Perhaps I can make it happen this year?

How kind of you to send that, were you there, it looks like it was fun! My brother travels all over the SE, he has his own mechanical business and he repairs just about anything anywhere. We skype about once a week, what a wonderful invention that is. He tells us about the changes everywhere. After 30 years it is hard to imagine Gravesend but I think some of my old haunts and watering holes are still there.
Football seems to be getting some action now. We do get it on TV here, the Premier League games.
