Red-shouldered hawks were as numerous as Red-tails this migratory season. These are some of my favorites. This set ranges from juveniles to breeding adults.

On the road to Canyonlands

Snowy Egret, Fishing in a Creek

This Snowy was right in the middle of a little water fall. I never saw what it was catching but it would lose balance and reorient each time it grabbed for something. Tiny fish? Bugs?
