If it is the one that Billnikon posted a link to, it is excellent. To attach camera with quick release plate attached to head, tilt camera back placing rear of qr plate in place, then pull out front knob of head while inserting front part of qr plate, turn knob and tighten. Check to affirm properly seated and tighten. I carry mine attached to tripod all day.

I wanted to replace my gimbel head and this gear head looked like a good choice.
Purchased the head on ebay and the seller was in China.
I can not get the plate that came with the head to reattach, and i called customer service. They said that their product has a 5 year warranty; however since the seller was in china the warranty does not apply.
The funny thing is that the product is made in China.

I have both, the latter for my D750 and the Z 14-30 for my Z6II. While I was happy with the 16-35, there has been a significant improvement in IQ with the Z system. I do real estate photography and I have not even taken the FTZ adapter out of the box to try the 16-35 on the Z camera. I recently posted a photo shoot under Architectural and Street section. Next purchase will be the Z 24-200.

Considering replacing latter with former as I no longer have F mount cameras. My main reasons are lighter weight and not having to fuss with FTZ. I would sell later to help finance former. And maybe sell 24-70 since I’m happy with 24-200 over that range.

Have a cruise planned to St. Petersburg in June and think it might be better than 24-200 in Hermitage...which I will only experience this one time.

Hi Mike,Thanks for the generous compliment. I don’t do the pp. I upload the selected brackets of 5 ambient lighting images to our editors. They do virtually light fireplaces but that one was actually on at the time so I’m not sure if they enhanced it. I do verticals in small bathrooms, no longer do them in foyers or two story rooms because the agents don’t want those as they can’t use them properly on FMLS. I do use a tall tripod which is great in 2 story rooms. With a two-story foyer I often get the lighting fixture from above, balcony view. Hope that answers your questions.

Looks like the fireplace fire was "photoshopped" in? Would you mind sharing your photo and PP workflow? Do you ever take vertical (portrait) shots in spaces like these - vaulted and two-story spaces, tight bath shots, etc.?

Oh, forgot to mention now using 14-30 mm with new mirrorless.

For those of you out there that may know, is it better to have a atx-I 11-16mm F2.8 lens or a 17-35 mm F4 lens when you’re shooting real estate photography? Both lenses will be on a full frame camera and was looking to find the pluses and negative of both lenses. The lenses are a Tokina lens for a Canon 6D. The 11-16mm is on sale for $449, and the 17-35 Is on sale for $369. I am currently using the 24-105 and just need a little more with for those tighter bathroom shots. I am attaching a couple the shots that I took yesterday with the mentioned above lens.
For those of you out there that may know, is it be... (show quote)

Hi I’m looking to purchase a new or used wide angle full frame for a Nikon 750.
Suggestions!! Thank you!

Hello,
With my Nikon D750, I use the Nikon 16-35mm F4. Most of my interiors are at F8, occasionally F7.1 so a larger aperture lens is not necessary for real estate photography. VR is off as always on tripod. Here is a recent sample of my work. This is a high volume, moderately priced product that is competitive in our market.

You can hook up a sound bar directly to tv (prices start below $100) or place a wireless speaker next to your chair. You may need a bluetooth transmitter for wireless speaker if tv is not bluetooth enabled. You will also need a home wifi in place.

Suggestion on fashion as I am not a portrait photographer. A long sleeve, soft or even furry, not too oversized sweater or jacket would look nice in the snow along with a smile. If she prefers an edgy look than a leather or fabric coat, not bulky. Some smoothing of the skin as well would improve the image.
