Yes, just bring the photo and they assemble the packaging, weigh it and you pay. Give them delivery info and they type and print out and usually show you to verify.
We have both a Fedex and UPS stores close to us. They are both very good at packing and sending photos and paintings flat if that is the method you prefer.
When I was skiing (14 degrees) I used the boot warmers which are rechargeable battery packs clipped to the boot with a wire that ran to a warming pad in the sole of the boot. They worked great and the charge would last all day. For hands we used the chemical warming packs which again lasted all day, but they are not reuseable. You could look at the boot warmers and just run the wire up your sleave. They do have settings for the amount of warmth.

Lake Winnepesaukee take a cruise on the MV Mount Washington. It does run special fall foliage cruises. On the north side of lake about half way up in the Ossipee Mountains is the “Castle in the Clouds”. A home built in the early 1900’s and it is all original. The horse stable is beautiful and is now a restaurant with tables in horse stalls. It also has a huge patio for dining with great views of the lake.

I have had this happen. It is probably not you, but a problem with your service provider. Give the provider some time to solve their problem.
Every picture taken with a modern digital camera has all the data encoded in the picture. In windows pull up properties from the drop down menu. On my iPad I use an app called Exif Viewer. The data is very detailed with all the info about the photo, camera, lens, focal length, date taken, etc. However, the photographer does have the option to remove the EXIF Data.
