Check out Hoyer’s photo in Williamsport, PA. Can and will sell for same price as B&H and Adorama. Does repairs and printing. A wealth of knowledge.

Or if you try to rescue them. One somehow got its foot caught in one of our feeders. I had to cut a wire to get it loose. Held the wire with one hand and wire cutters with the other hand. Before a successful release, the little bastard bit me on the finger. Didn’t brake the skin, just left marks like a bad pinch.

The few are dictating to the masses. As long as no one stands their ground, this will continue.

Born, raised and still live in Williamsport. This is always one of the highlights of the season. Probably one of, if not the top displays in the area. This and Candy Cane Lane. Drive by several times each season. Have taken many out of town friends and relatives past. Never fails to please. Didn’t know that you took tours through at one time. Should be on Christmas cards. Keep up the season. Will be by soon for our annual viewing!

Hopefully he shares some of his winnings with team mate Keslowski who wrecked Suarez to bring out the caution. Logano was fastest on restarts all day but faded fast as everyone else got faster further into the runs. He NEEDED that caution or he wouldn't have finished in the top ten the way he was losing positions. VERY well timed hit on Suarez.

Right on! Thought that the second it happened.

That’s some slider you got there. Not only did it eliminate the fence, it changed both cats from tigers to leopards. Neat!

Spot on! Most of the articles are worthless anyway. I really don’t care to read about a photographers trip to some park and they go thru preparing for the trip, watch out for that trail, it could be slippery. Content of photography worthiness. Only worthwhile parts are new products and the captions for pictures that list the camera, lens, and settings. Once in a while there is an article worth reading.

I am like you,Bob. Just another gimmick. Not for me! But then I thought, you know, don’t know if you don’t try. Give it 2 week try and see what all this hype is about. Well, I never went back. It does have an adjustment period. Now after a year, it’s like second nature.

As SharpShooter stated, When in my home state I carry my Sig P320 40 S&W in plain view, even though I have a conceal carry permit. I was in a local park one morning at daylight when 2 young “gentlemen” approached. One said “nice camera, I’d like to take a picture with it.” Told him “you need to ask “Sig.” He looked at me kind of stupidly and asked who? I pointed at my side and said Sig. He turned and they waked away. End of story.

I have all 3 that you list. My 100-400 is the Mk ll,which I assume you are referring to. Shooting mostly wildlife with the 7D Mk ll. If I am shooting any distance, I’ll use the 100-400. For close, 20’ to 200’, I’ll use the 70-200. As the 7D has a crop factor of 1.6 the 70-200 is 112-320 and the 100-400 equals 160-640. I really don’t use the 2X lll. When I use the 2X with the 70-200 with the 7D equals 224-640 and f/2.8 becomes f/5.6. That all being said, I believe the 100-400 is better at distance, without the 2X than the 70-200 is with the 2X. For close work I’ll take the 70-200. A friend has the 1.4 converter which in my opinion would be a better choice. The 100-400 can produce some great closeups though.

Mannheim Steamroller and Trans Siberian Orchestra are two completely separate shows by two unrelated groups. I have seen both, several times. It’s like The Rolling Stones and the Beatles, not Rolling Stone Beatles.
