I am thinking of buying this lens, has anyone got any experience with this lens, and is it any good. I don't have a good zoom lens which I sometimes find I need.
I have had one for a good many years. It is my go to lens for hand held walk around wildlife shots. I use it on my d7200 and d750 cameras. Not too heavy.
Grandfather mountain (mile high view) and Linville Falls are within range of the Boon NC. You could spend days trying to see all the views and short hike hidden gems in this area.
Each time i purchase Corel software i receive an email with download instructions and passwords for the items that need one. From the email i click on the download and a compressed file is downloaded. Then from my browser i select the downloaded file and it starts the install process. Most of the time i can cut and paste the password from the email.
[quote=DWHart24]I shoot a lot of full scale and remote control aircraft. I also do occasional wildlife. My latest lens is the 200-500mm and I have been really impressed with it. Today I purchased the teleconverter mentioned in the topic. I should receive it tomorrow. Can't wait to test it out with the 200-500mm. This will be attached to my D500. Anyone else using this combo and have any thoughts or photos to share? Below are a few shots I have taken with the 200-500mm
Below is a link to a post from my very first outing with 1.4TC on a 200-500 mounted to a D750. I was very pleased, hope you have a similar experience
Not as many this year. In fact, virtually every visit to the feeder is one lone male, and recently followed by one young male. No females have visited and frankly, they are the norm, rather than the males.
great shot
