The crew was not properly trained, the balloon was not currently inspected. Balloon rides were suspended for some time, then resumed when a public outcry was heard about lost revenue. Without any significant change in procedures!
This happened not long after I had been on a flight with them..

Very well done, I saw this morning an article that said scientists were on the brink of reversing the ageing of us. Whether it was true but if so we are very overpopulated and the lower shows the results. The money on the this could be put to a much better use...
