He probably knows that. Although I think the majority of Americans are not upset that a horrible despot was spanked, there are clearly two issues causing concern in different quarters - both of them are valid concerns. Members of congress of both parties are upset that the President did not seek there counsel and consent before doing this. But of course, Obama did that, and congress refused to take any responsibility one way or the other. Who would imagine our politicians could be hypocrites? The other valid concern is by those who supported Trump for his promises of isolationism. He was one of the loudest voices arguing against Obama being involved in Syria. Obviously it is a surprise and setback to these supporters to have Trump now attack Syria.

A thoughtful response, though I think you were saying that Obama sought a v**e from Congress over military action (in Libya, Somalia, Isis, Syria) and did not get it. I thought the complaint was that he did not seek approval from Congress before embarking on his military actions.
The country is split about 50/50 on Trump's decision to "fire ze missiles!" ... for those that support that decision, and Rex's supporting statements demanding a regime change in Syria and saying that no violence against civilians anywhere will go unpunished...
How do you reconcile that with a president who campaigned on a pledge to avoid getting bogged down in foreign conflicts and prioritize making "America Great Again"?
Here's the reconciliation: Trump just kind of says the first thing that comes to mind. It doesn't matter that he is contradicting his past statements, or that he will change his thoughts in the future. You have to take wh**ever he says with a grain of salt. I long for guys like George Bush, Ted Cruz, and even Dennis Kucinich, who almost always follow through with what they say.
Hey, what's with Idaho and Rat Lungworm disease??? I think I'm going to skip supper tonight.
Lol I apologize my bad. For a long time I didn't know what POTUS was. Oh and for the record lol=laughing out loud
At least I know Lol, but not much more. People tend to use more and more abbreviations on the internet and it is hard for me to keep up! I'm glad I don't do texting.
I love the concept. I am 6'5'' white and have lost any ability to play basketball (I never really had any). This new law will enable me to not play for the Nicks, as I am perfectly able to sit on the bench and collect 1 million dollars as the token white man. This will also satisfy the NBA's affirmitive action program. Where do I sign?
Sounds great to me! This will help correct one of the most r****t and segregated organizations in America - the NBA. Are you the "Great White Hope?"
