So.... Why do you and others argue against the second amendment? Personally I don't like guns, I know full well how dangerous they are. I have shot them yes, I know how sexy it feels to unload a clip into a target... But I also know that a handgun is a machine designed for only one purpose... that of taking a human life... But I still believe in my second amendment right even though I don't own a gun. I did briefly but when my small children seemed to take way too keen of an interest in it I quickly got rid of it as I saw no real reason to have it in the house.

All this does not mean that I will give up my 2nd Amendment right to own a gun if the time comes that I feel unsafe in my neighborhood or community, I will always reserve the right to defend myself and my family should I ever feel that we are living in an environment which may threaten our safety.

I think that you buy way to much into the liberal agenda, although I am sure that there are some asshole cops out there I have never had a really bad experience with a cop. It has nothing to do with my skin color but rather the level of respect that I have shown to cops during our few encounters, generally my penchant for driving over the speed limit.

You want to take my right to gun ownership away rather than to stop a bunch of drug dealing murderous scums from taking over the streets of our inner cities.... Like I said previously, if you study the demographics of gun violence it is somewhere near 70% associated with two groups and mostly contained within our large cities and crime ridden areas.

Although I have never been a fan on allowing the government to tread on anyone's civil liberties, maybe if things have gotten as bad as liberal media is reporting then we should consider marshal law in some of these area's as we go through and confiscate their drugs and illegal guns.
