On our visit to London I was able to capture two guards at Windsor castle.
I was able to capture a Snowy Egret this morning fishing. A beautiful bird that's quicker than a fish. Nikon z7ii.
Africa is still on my bucket list for travel photography. Up next for me (September/October) is the Hawaii, Polynesian Islands, New Zealand and Australia. These photos are fantastic and inspiring. As a travel photographer I'm always looking for inspiration. You've given it to me. You can bet in the next few years I'll have safari photographs. Thanks!

#2 is way over the top. That one should go on your wall. In fact I would like it on my wall.
Thanks. It's one of my favorites as well. I had in printed on glass and it looks great. I also have had that printed on canvas in various sizes for clients. One was a custom 30"X46". Colors were amazing. Very happy!
No worries. Mistakes happen. I didn't lose any sleep. Thanks for the note.

These sure incredible!!! You mentioned how competitive and athletic the horses are. Have you ever seen professional cutting horses? They are incredible to watch too.
Yes, many years ago we lived in Texas and saw plenty of rodeos with cutting horses. So athletic. Thanks for checking these out.

Great set for a first time. I really liked them. Would have liked the last one too show more off the rider. But there's are great
Good job.
Frank, thanks for the compliment and checking out the photos. I tried to send a reply but somehow it disappeared. Anyway, it was a fun day and I learned a lot. Just an FYI, the last photo was not a rider. Look closely and you'll see "MP" on his helmet. The horse was exhausted and the medic had to lead him off the field. As they went by me, I still had my 70-200 lens on and they were a little too close. What I liked about the image was both the medic and the horse had their heads down. The horse looked so dejected and disheartened he had to leave the field. They are so competitive. I liked the horse's veins popping out. Overall, I was very pleased with the results. Again, thanks for checking them out!

Thanks, as I said it was a fun day and I learned a lot. I was nervous at first but got more comfortable as the match went on. Over the years I've learned to anticipate what might happen next, especially in sports. That really helped as I tried to anticipate where the ball was going. When I go back I want to experiment with using a little slower shutter speed and pan. I think it will show more motion. Always experimenting means you're always learning. Making mistakes is a given but learning from them is most important. Thanks for checking them out!

These are really good. And I love the last one! I've done polo and found it difficult to be in the right place at the right time. You obviously managed that.
Thanks. They gave the media about 4 locations to shoot from. You were able to move between chukkers and half time. I knew where the sun would be so picked a location based on that. I moved twice. I was impressed being so close to the field. Hearing those ponies fly by me was quite an experience. As a photographer, I'm always looking to expand my repertoire of venues. This was a first, I learned a lot and look forward to going back. Thanks again for looking at them and positive comment.
