I am going to Lincoln, New Hampshire and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for photographic locations - scenery, wildlife, etc?

The whole area is a photographers dream. Check out the Flume Gorge and the Kankamagus Scenic Byway. And I'm sure the locals can suggest many more.

p.2 Hey, Dennis!!!! HI!!! Glad you stopped in. Wonderful work.

Hi, Pat. I've been looking at the site every day. Home projects have cut into my shooting time. But summer is coming with a few camping trips planned. Stay tuned.

Yellow makes me think of flowers, butterflies, and the occasional sunset.

That would be very high on my list of vintage cars I would like to own. Thanks for sharing.

Karin, I don't have many images of trees, other than forests. However, I did find these 2 shots.

The first was taken a few winters ago. I was on a group nature walk in a local state forest. The day was miserable - cold and dreary, no birds or wildlife worth shooting. I got it into my head to shoot upward.

The second was taken on a short walk at the Grand Canyon. People all over the place! I spotted this lone tree, and just went for it.

Nice ones, Mike. I very recently reviewed the shots I took at the Grand Canyon several years ago so your second one really caught my eye

It's on Gore Road. It starts in Alfred and goes north to Ross Corner (toward Newfield). Can't miss it. There's also a rusty old tractor or two right next to it.

These are excellent, Dennis; did you go all the way out to the Rockland Breakwater Light?

Thanks, Rob. I did walk it. That's where I got the shot of the sailboat in the distance. The walk is deceptively long but easy. What I man is that you just keep going and going and going and don't seem to get any closer to the end. But eventually you get there - well worth it.

Here's the last batch of the Utah Canyon flora series. The purpose behind this series (as wells the mud series and the at your feet series) is to give UHHers a better sense of what a total immersion in canyon country wilderness feels like. I hope I've succeeded. I might repost Part 3 since that never made it to the daily digest.

Beautiful series. Makes me think reminisce about my visit to Utah several years ago, which included 2 visits to Snow Canyon State Park.

Like my post said, it's mandatory. Don't tell anyone but I've actually done it more than once.
