 I remember some of the individual shots and realy like the way you put them together blending them so they flow together

very nice dof, to me it creates the mystery of what happens next with the two incomming birds. Was that apature priority or full program mode?

From the archives, a bit of architectural abstraction. What do you think?

Very hard to pin down the Kingfisher always on the otherside of pond and laughing at me as I try to catch the shot. I share your frustration.

Very nice shots

I like the second one as well. Pumping station with the reflection is also quite nice.

thank you for looking.

I did not have enough water to capture full reflection and did not get square and level. 18-105 kit lens used for this one

Welcome - and congrats on your first posting!

Image #2 is really beautiful. I love the low angle you shot from + all the delicate grasses.

What a neat shot of the wave action from the coot :)

Thank you for your feedback

Had the camera clamped to driver side window, using my van for a blind. Eating lunch, taking photos and listening to music. perfect comfort to start new year.

Recently I purchased a Sigma 150-500mm lens for my Nikon D5100. I find it to be a fantastic lens. My question is, it came with 2 teleconverters. Sigma 1.4 and the Sigma 2.0.
I have not used these yet and need some advice if I really need them and if I do which one should I keep. With the extra reach with the smaller sensor on the camera im not sure what to do. The teleconverters were all in the same auction on e-bay.
Thank you and hope everyone has a Happy New Year.

new to tc's myself. I have the sigma lenses 120 to 300 f2.8 and the 150-500 f5-6.3 with both the 1.4 and 2 tc's.

auto focus on the 150-500 with either tc is just not usable for me.

the Sigmas website has the following link which may help
