If I take pictures for myself to enjoy I know when I leave this earth 99.99% of my pictures will be discarded. I take pictures for others to have memories. This weekend I will be taking pictures of Santa and dogs with their owners at a no kill shelter. Then the next Saturday I will taking pictures of a big Christmas party at a Children's home. I do this for nothing except for the satisfaction knowing I have given future memories for others. I think back of my youth where there are only a few pictures of my friends.
I use my Canon 5D M3 with a Tamaron 28-300 lens but any camera will collect enough photons to create a memory for those that would have none.
Never, never use a pencil eraser on the gold contacts. The gold on the contacts is only a few molecules thick and you will wear it off quickly. Gold does not tarnish but it can get dirty. Wipe them off with some alcohol on a cloth. They do make contact cleaner but alcohol does the job
We have two of them at our farm. One at the house and one at the barn. Both work, give good water and best of all the of the kids that visit here love playing with the pumps and playing with the water.
Do a search on Amazon, lots of it there. 2 inch gaffers tape.
I must say, that is something I would not want to do or could do. I give credit to those that can do it but the only picture I need to see is the newborn being held by the mother after the baby has been cleaned up. If I was there, the doctors would be helping me off of the floor.
I have never had a card go bad, I also reuse my cards over and over again. Never had a problem doing that. I have no reason to have a collection of filled cards. They are inexpensive but not cheap.
I am not much of a bird person but that is good.
I was there TDY in 1966 with the Army Security Agency for 38 days. Never got off the base. I was very busy installing equipment then had to get back to the States. Thanks to all that served and remember the ones we lost.
I am confused, Are you wanting to sell this Canon 5D plus lens etc. for $75. The if you want the other items it is extra.
I'll keep my Tiltall that I have had since 1968. A bit heavy but solid,
I think you did a fine job. on the 11th row, pic 1 and 3 of the bedroom seem to be a bit dark.
What time does the China man go to the dentist?
tooth hurtie.
I believe the application of the hand held light meter is different. If you are doing a studio shot and you want the background flash to be 1 stop less than the main flash, the hair light 1/2 stop brighter and a side light 1 stop more than the main. It is much easier to do with a hand held Gossen than a camera. But with a digital camera you can take many shots costing you nothing. After 20 or 30 shots varying the lights you may find what you are looking for.
