I have the Sony 7A IV, the current firmware in the camera is 1.10. There is an update to 1.11.
I have tried several times, with different SD cards and the *install* is always greyed out.
Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong and how I can correct it.

I have always had a great experience with B&H. I used to run the Long Island Photography Meetup. We had 260 members and would go shooting 2-4 times a month. B&H was a great supporter, giving us donations for our annual dinner, even sending someone to give the donation to the winner.
They also did a few programs for our group.
I find I will call, ask questions about different things, they are always great about giving out the information, whether I buy something or not.

I am not surprised you don't about ACR, you are using LR6. That is 8 years old. Adobe products, LR, PS, Bridge and ACR have come a long way in the past 8 years. Maybe if you upgraded, you would be able to see more clearly.

I joined PPA, thought the coverage might be helpful. I didn't find out that there is a deductible, there were other limits that just didn't make the payment to join PPA worth it.
