Why so CRYPTIC with the city???????

Cryptic? Really? He's going to be standing near the bridge over the Schuylkill River on the west shore, looking at Philly's skyline. He couldn't have been more explicit. Just sayin'

Apparently, some folks don't know how to drop those coordinates into a map application and hit the Enter key...

Exposures will be entirely based on the lighting and your intent. Here are a few samples of NYC skyline at night. Philadelphia may be, and probably is, different.

Very nice work indeed.

Hello
I am practicing for my first city night shot. Here are the coordinates for google maps:
39.947228, -75.187457
It's the first time I'll be using long exposures outside of practicing at home.
The camera is a Nikon Z6 with 24-70 F4 Lens.
What would be good starter settings?
Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well.
Thanks,
Jim

Mystery Solved. Why not just say Cherry Hill, Pennsylvania?

I knew from the coordinates that it was no place near me, 34.0830048,-117.7511114.

Cryptic? He’s obviously shooting from the South Street Bridge in Philly. Should get some great views from there.

Thanks again all for the help.
Weather this weekend looks favorable so it's on my to do list for sure.
I'll post what I come up with.

Hello
Here is what I came up with including PP.
I included a day shot the next morning for reference as well.
Are these shots done correctly? If not what could be done to make them better?
I can post the original images if needed.
Thanks
Jim

Use the lat long and you will find the location is at the west end of the South Street Bridge in Philadelphia.

Very nice. I’m gonna have to think about shooting the Philly skyline next time I visit my daughter.
