Pg30 another great set Tim! #4 &#6 really caught my attention!

Thanks again, GiGi, and I'm really glad those caught
your attention...they're two of my favorites as well...
except for this series of my wife.

I also took these in Key West. It was the first time Sally
tried parasailing, and she loved it, so I had to come up
with something to applaud her bravery! (Nope, I ain't
going up there...not gonna happen...LOL)

#3 As soon as I heard of the passing of 'Prince' I created this work as a tribute to this mighty talent

Pg. 32 - And this series, my friend, just confirms what I've always known...

p.28 You must have seen the eye dr, because these are bright, loud and vibrant. Colored lenses can do that for you LOL

Thanks, Pat! I'm glad you liked them, but keep in mind that
LSD and some good shrooms can have the same effect...or
so I'm told...honest! LOL

p.30 you have learned many tricks since joining UHH, haven't you.

I have, Pat, and I have primarily Simon and Bill to
thank for that...that is if you like my images...if you don't
then I'll just blame them instead...LOL

This challenge is about turning every day mundane objects, the things that you see and use everyday into extraordinary photos. Use light, angles, or contrast to create something visually interesting. Shot low, shoot high, shoot tight or rearrange the surroundings to benefit your subject(s). If you have a macro lens use it to your advantage. If you don't, use your lens to get the best depth of field to create a different perspective. Use lines, texutures and shadows. Some post processing can also be a benefit too. But most importantly, have fun with it and let your creative thoughts flow freely.
I found this challenge to be a bit challenging looking at items around my home with a different eye. But, I tried stepping out of my comfort zone and found I really enjoyed preparing it for you all. I hope you enjoy too.
I'll start with some of my kitchen items.

Sorry....but I'm late....very late! (Somehow ended up with a 7 day work week & not thru with it yet!)
Anyway.....have enjoyed a lot of these unique pictures that have been popping up & wasn't sure if I had anything to add nor the time to create something. One thing that did come to mind was a few shots taken years ago that might fit. Subject....rocks! Ordinary rocks rearranged by others to create something different. Bob
