Thailand Market - has train running through.
A few eyars ago I saw this on a PBS travel show- from the front of the train.
Amazing!
Thanks.
Thanks for sharing Mark. It is incredible how matter of fact the vendors treat this train schedule.
Like I want to shop there.
Rush hour here is dangerous enough....
Went there years ago. The whole arrangement is very casual. The train blows a whistle to alert the shoppers and sellers. Everyone moves off the tracks. Many of the sellers have their displays on wheels or tracks that can be easily moved. An interesting but everyday process at this market!
Shows just how adaptive people are, when faced with a problem. Notice how the awnings all came back down as if remote controlled? And once the train had passed folks picked up right where they were?
Looks like a couple of the ladies had to wait for the train to pass to continue their argument.
YEAH BABY ......that's the Far EAST for Ya.......wonderful to shoot and don't forget to do the Fish Markets as well.......fabulous colorful images ...nothing like it.
Thanks for sharing the video.
We usually take our guests from the US there, but sadly, the last time we went our friends couldn't get any decent photos. Now the place is overrun with busloads of mainland Chinese tourists who push in front of everyone else but don't spend any money. Also a problem at the Grand Palace & Temple of the Emerald Buddha. 😕

Looks like safety is NOT number ONE in Thailand.

If you stepped out the back door of the house I lived in in Viet Nam, you would be on the tracks.
