Topaz AI Clear

Sorry if this is not the correct topic section. Back in January I subscribed to Topaz AIclear. Have been using it regularly since then. Last evening I received an update to Topaz Studio. Since then, I have not been able to access Topaz AI clear. Have rebooted, done all of the usual steps. When visiting the Topaz site there is apparently no way to send a message specifically regarding the above. They provide a short list of plugins to select from to make an inquiry. I checked my online purchases thru Topaz and they show no evidence that I have purchased said item. Am in a bit of a quandry as to next steps necessary. I certainly don't want to pay for the software a 2nd time! I will check Pay Pal and my credit card statement, but it will not likely show the specific item purchased. Any ideas?

Topaz provides a help email address as the means to contact them. They don't provide phone support. Without looking it up, I think it is somrthing like help@topazlabs.com. But look it up first since I am doing this from memory.

A few months back I ordered the Topaz Studio 30 day trial. However, it would not load on my newest desktop (Dell) but did load on my older HP. So I sent them an email question asking for help. I'm still waiting for an answer and ended up deciding I could live without Topaz.

I'm unable to even send them an email. I paid for the product on Nov. 24, 2018 via PayPal.
I think I will agree with your acessment and stay far away from these folks in the future!
It should be far easier to get help with their product than what I am experiencing. To be fair, perhaps I don't understand their website, but it shouldn't be THAT complicated, or restricted!

I purchased AI Clear about two months ago. I like it. I've had no issues with loading or using the software. I've had no issues with surviving the recent Studio upgrade. There is a contact support option contained in the Help menu - which leads to a website. From there you are on your own.

I just verified that I gave you the correct email address: help@topazlabs.com

I have a request that I submitted a couple days ago and they replied with a Request # and said that they would get back to me.

And I have been using Topaz AI Clear, and find that it is fabulous. Haven't had any issues.

I purchase Topaz AI Clear and it worked on the initial installation, but disappeared from the menu and I have been unable to get it back. I have sent 3 emails to Topaz, but I have not received a response. In the past, Topaz has been responsive, but now I am questioning their service.

Same here. Use the Help menu for contact with Topaz. The last reply back from them took 3 days, but I did hear back. They were swamped with responses to the Sharpen AI release. And it does work for software related issues. It did take some time, but the final results were worth it. Sometimes you have to reinstall the program updates if they don't stick the first time. This is my major complaint with Topaz installations---they don't cover all the bases and with older OS, there are sometimes problems. When I installed Sharpen AI, I could not get it to load. While I was waiting for a reply back to my email, they did an upgrade and it suddenly appeared as a plug-in. It is not under the Applications menu.

Look under your menu items at the top for a logout or change user selection. Then logout and then log back in to the software. Under help select to update the adjustments. See if that fixes it.

On the Topaz page sign in go to my account and my products. They have a list of products you have purchased and just reload. I am a fan of all the topaz plugins and Topaz Studio is an awesome program. The only issue I have ever had with Topaz is with communication.
