Has anybody here been able to purchase a Sony FE 24mm F/1.4 GM E-mount in the last couple of months or know of anybody who has?

I ordered one from my local Hunt's Photo in early December. They tell me I am next in line for one, but they can't give me any idea of how long that might be. I have also tried Adorama and B&H, but they have no estimate for delivery either. I am wondering if there are any being released at all. I've seen a couple of them on eBay for nearly twice the retail price - no thanks.

The lens was released last October. A couple of folks here got one shortly afterwards, but the supply seems to have dried up. I'm wondering if the shortage is just due to demand or if their is a production/distribution problem.

I would be grateful for any current info. Thanks

I finally got my 24mm F1.4 GM last week from Hunt's Photo. It had been on order since mid December. There was a drought after the initial supply sold out, but I think supply has been improving over the last couple of weeks.
Haven't had a chance to get out with it yet - hope it was worth the wait and the price.
