Wanting to understand the Democrats 2020 plans for the United States, I got out my trusty secret decoder ring and typed in 9 letters and got 9 letters out:

My right eye is a bit damaged from being in a dark closet seeing shooting stars in my eye from the Lone Ranger Atomic Bomb Ring. For 15C we got enough radioactive material we saw Polonium Alpha particles. I lead to believed the Bret Read [Loan Ranger ] had a Silver Mine... no it was Uranium... mixed with Polonium.
