Beautiful image and nice PP. The sky appears to be very dynamic. Mahalo for sharing.

To me, I feel that I have gone too far when I see "grain effects" in the clouds. I would say that this shot qualifies.

Brings back good memories. As a youngster I grew up, played, swam and fished the Susquehanna near Binghamton until I graduated HS and went in the Army. Thanks for the memories.

I agree. That’s why I thought it might be over done. Thanks for your honest opinion.

Beautiful shot of a lovely river (former Harrisburg citizen). I think the pp is just a touch over the line. Some exaggeration in the directions you've taken are important to communicate your impression--just not this much, for me.

I agree it needs to toned down a bit.

Not over cooked at all in my opinion. It’s a perfect winter landscape!

You're closing in on "overcooked," but not there. I think it's a beautiful image. I'd be curious to see it with more forground and a bit less sky.

I also like this image. Not overcooked; I would rather see over-colors than under-colors in an image. The colors and composition in this image, in my opinion, are very nice.

If this were my image, I would add a little more processing to 1) reduce the noise and 2) reduce the white fringing alone the mountain/treeline and the sky. Some images benefit from a little noise to increase perceived sharpness, so this may be your intent. IMHO, removing the fringing creates a nicer sky/horizon transition.

Thanks for sharing
Mike
