DPAF for video and live view is a game changer, not to be missed. My 80D has it, amazing improvement in focusing.
A good step up with out going to full frame would be the T6i or the New T7i are a good step up from your camera with many upgraded features and your Lens will fit and work well.

A nice clean 5D Mk III will be an amazing upgrade from what you have now, especially if you are considering adding a 150-600 to your assortment of lenses. And there is absolutely no rationale that shows that the 5D Mk III is only worth it if you do landscapes.
Here is someone who does excellent work and her camera is a 5D Mk III
https://untamednewyork.smugmug.com/Her primary interest is birds, wildlife and winter ice, but as you can see from her vast body of work, she does everything with her 5D Mk III, from macro to expansive landscapes and cityscapes.
If you shop carefully, you can find one in great condition with "low miles" for a little over $1000. All you would need to complete your lens choices is a 24-105 F4.
