Not sure which one I like best. Taken at Bronx Zoo. Taken with Kodak DCS Pro14n and 50-500 mm lense you guys were discussing earlier. Pick one!

The first.
The muzzle fur doesn't look right in the second.

2nd. Something about looking a tiger in the eyes that is compelling. You might remove the white hair crossing the eye.

2nd one would be my choice. I think it would have been even better if the ears showed completely.

#1. You cut off the ears in the second one.

I thought I picked a great day to go to the zoo, during the week, less people, Wrong! Class trips, filled with kids, had too shoot over them and thru glass, these were the only shots I could use.

#1. As Longshadow said, the fur on his nose looks odd in #2. Probably happened when you hauled in on the highlights.

I like the second one, but you amputated photographically speaking his ears. I find that visually unattractive. Tht would have been my choice. So, the fall back is the first one. That advise comes from a $1000 wild animal workshop. Do not become an amputee person.

A combo for me--the crop of the first one and the look in the second.
