Actually some experts say if you want a long strong password that you can remember - not even a pass word "vault" type program like "Last Pass" then use sentences or phrases, lines from movies etc. Often with just a little tweak that only you are likely to know. I sometimes use Roman Numerals - the vast majority of young people today haven't got a clue about them.
