Fiverr has 22,627 listings for "photo editing and retouching"... so, I'd say it's a 'yes'

Like most photography businesses, many try and a small percentage make money at it. A LOT of competition. I wouldn't quit your day job until the other proves to be profitable.

I have been paid many times for doing photo editing for my customers who buy my artwork and photos, but it doesn't happen often enough to make a living at it...maybe with someone, somewhere, but not with me. I think the reason it doesn't happen often enough is that you can see in your mind what you can make of a picture and a lot of people can't. They might order it done if you offer a portfolio showing what you can do with pictures, otherwise they just can't imagine how it could possibly turn out. Best wishes.

A lot of replies over 24 hours to a nearly meaningless question, all making assumptions as to what the OP actually meant, a lot of time and effort spent by Hoggs on what is at best a guess at what the OP intended, and in that 24 hours the OP has not responded or clarified the original posting.
