If this was photoshopped, which leg on the lion has the wrong shadow angle, upper or lower part?

Two additional tiny problems: the elephant is a "she" and it's Indian, not African. Tigers live in India, lions in Africa. Other than that, maybe we can send the photo to Washington DC for a lesson in getting along.
Just sayin'.

Lions also live in the Gir region of India. Just sayin' - in the interests of accuracy.

I also agree it's photoshopped!

The photo may not be real but the message is spot on👍

I have to disagree. There is no message, because the photo is fake. This would not happen in real life. The momma lion would have attacked anything approaching her cub. It's not reality. It's not how life works.

I agree, some people can't resist living in a fairy-tail world where there are animals like Bambi and elephants that realize!

This is definitely fake. However, I won't believe anything 'Snopes' says. Their the biggest fake news site on the internet.

I know. I just hate it when they prove my favorite politician is lying! Darn them! The money I send them every month is obviously wasted when they don’t agree with every random stupidity that crawls across my brain.

God, I can't believe that statement. It appears that you feel that nobody has died or is dying for "no" reasons due to man's fighting. Please look around the world and open your eyes. Since the dawn of history humans have been fighting causing the death of others (usually innocent bystanders) with them dying for "no" reason. Pray tell me in these instances what the reasons are in your opinion?

Yemen 2018 - civilian wedding bombed by Saudi's with 20 killed including bride & children - what reason?
France 2015 - Paris civilians at restaurants and theatre with 130 killed by gunmen - what reason?
Philippines 2016 - Davos civilians in market with 14 killed by a bomb - what reason?
Iraq 2016 - Baghdad civilians in markets all over city nearly 400 killed by bombs - what reason?
Russia 2004 - Besian civilians in school with 334 killed (186 children) by bombs and guns - what reason?

Note that almost all shown above were innocent civilians like you and me. Most of those instances above could be called acts of war with the deaths Collateral Damage, but is that really a good reason? I don't think so myself. Most of these deaths were caused by men's ideology and the want for power. Is that a good reason to you?

Even in the civilized democratic world people are being killed by people fighting no others, but usually themselves or the system. It's just a different type of fighting.

Canada 2018 - Toronto 10 civilians killed by intentionally being run down by a van driver. - what reason?
England 2010 - Cumbria 12 civilians killed in random by gunman - what reason?
United States 2012 - Connecticut 20 schoolchildren shot down by gunman - what reason?

These are just a small amount of the instances where modern man has caused the death of many for "no" logical reason in only the last decade. I could probably fill another dozen pages of similar events with little difficulty. Perhaps you can give good reasons for some of these deaths but I personally doubt it. So do me a favour and take a good look at the history of man past and present. Hopefully you will be able to see that there is a helluva lot of truth in that statement "dying for no reason"

Geez, I can't believe how the posting of this one photo with a short caption would take off like this. Firstly I didn't really believe that anyone would think this was real. It is however a credible piece of Photoshopping I think. Like others have said it is pretty clear that what is shown would never happen. There is perhaps a very slight chance that these are trained animals, but really, who would believe that? I don't! However I thought it was a neat method to illustrate the small story that accompanied the pic. The story was really what I wanted to convey. But on reading some of the postings it appears I was mostly mistaken as to how the message would be received by some of you Hoggers. Perhaps the use of animals in illustrating the storyline was incorrect in showing how being different was no reason to not getting along. Perhaps just too far fetched for some of us. Perhaps they should of used homosapiens instead with one race carrying the child of another race in his arms while the child's mother walked beside them with the same little ditty in the caption. Perhaps then people would have been happier, but I doubt it.
I am happy however that there were some recognized it for what is was intended to do. One thing for sure I'll think twice about posting anything like this in the future.
