Same here in NW PA. Winter storm Harper is predicted to hit tonight and continue with sub-zero wind chill through Monday morning.

We're not facing anything here in North Texas like you folks in the north and east, but it is still very likely to be pretty unpleasant here. Cold fronts here usually eventually leave us with crystal clear skies and a very stable atmosphere...perfect for sky photography. But there is a chance that will be cold and windy, and the clouds may not clear quickly enough. So we'll just have to see what actually happens.

Waiting in Houston

The cloud cover and likely upcoming snowfall in New York State and its environs will prevent so many from viewing and photographing the red moon lunar eclipse. Wish I could add my photos to others'. Looking forward to seeing your work.

We’re forecast sub-zero temperatures and clouds, so I’ll be watching for your photos rather than being outside shooting.

You're lucky it is going to be cloudy John.

Sub-zero temperatures would not be an acceptable excuse.

Not sure the weather is going to cooperate here in New York. Maybe if the snow storm ends early enough and it clears up right away, we may see it.

Should be clear Sunday night with some clouds in Los Angeles. I am going to be in a city park downtown with clear views of the moon. Should make for some great blood moon cityscapes.

why not Griffith Observatory ?

I just checked on the weather channel app and at this point they are calling for zero percent chance for precipitation.
We might have caught a break in middle TN depending on the cloud coverage.
