That little grey bird is a blue grey gnatcatcher
The toughest little bird to shoot, at least with a pentax, as the AF is downright terrible.
But since these guys only stay still for about 2 seconds, and they are almost always in trees, manual focus is a must :)
the babies are adorable fluffballs.
I was there for Wed sunset and Sunday sunrise. But with Ding Darling, Corkscrew, Bunche, Myakka, plus more and 9800 frames to sort I will be a while posting. Those two Heron chicks seemed cute to shoot, but I bet like Africa lion kills they will look ghastly when I get to process them. But their Mother loves them !
