Well my original idea was to do a shoot using different filters and then on photomatix layer them in HDR. Also to add to my misery I set up three tripods, my main camera on one and a second camera on another tripod, the thir tripod having no camera. The one camera there I put a 70 - 300 on and then for a second set I put that camera on the third tripod with a 15 - 75 lens with the idea of layering the two and finally a selfie, same set up .....Well let's just say that it is a project worth working on and once I get it sort of right, I wil re-start with different filters...BTW, this ''trip'' took me a good two hours,,,,but for some reason I could not combine that last one with the others...

I don't know how photomatix works, but I really like your idea.

I find a back pack works best for me...leaves my hands free! I only take the stand if I really think I'll need it!

I currently have three of these bags, will be purchasing a 4th soon. At under $40.00, they are a real bargain. Been using this one since 2010.

Bob, this is going to be an interesting challenge. I'm always interested in photog equipment and what photographers carry with them.
Steve, I think you've got me beat by a bag or two. Oh, wait I have 2 bags I couldn't get in the photo that carries my lighting studio equipment.
And of course I like Macro Photog as well, so included is most of my macro equipment. These items don't live in a bag. They have a dedicated Antique Secretary that stores my toys.

Here are a couple mine from years ago.
Both backpacks.
The second one has space in the top of the bag for small items.

In my Working Man's sack, just basics.ND filter, Bulb equipment, a few cards, spare batteries. a level and a lens cleaner. Two batteries because I have a 70 - 300 lens mounted on a T51 and do not like to change lenses also a cloth for wiping the lenses but I keep it in my Pocket. In low light I also put in a flashlight.

RR i switched to a Head lamp works much better for me. I like your gear
