I was at Brooms Head yesterday & noticed these gulls having a drink. There were some very strong wind gusts, hence the ruffled feathers. Downloading is recommended.

Beautiful, sharp photos of a gorgeous bird. I believe if gulls were either quiet or rare or both people would travel large distances to get photos like you took.

Nicely captured, DOOK. Gulls are sharp and look quite spectacular against the blue and brown background.

Awesome captures, Earl. The beautiful gulls are one of my favorite birds. I have found it a challenge to photograph them in flight.

Just note they are normally hard to get close to. They are fairly common in East Gippsland, Victoria, Australia where I live and I have been trying to get a good photos but my 18-55 mm lens makes it impossible. I now have a new 200-500 Tamaron which will help
