So your feedback is appreciated

The image has two competing subjects: the couple (without feet) and the setting, with soft focus on both.

Two comments, 1st is to ask what is the structure on the lower left side of the photograph? It appears to be lit by the sun which is behind it. Weird. 2nd, if it were mine I would crop about at least 50 percent of the sky out. Make it appear to be more of a panorama. Just my opinion.

Too much sky
In the original the fence looks like a design on the dress....maybe because the rest of the fence is very dark?

20/20 hindsight - acknowledged. But I'd sure love it if you were able to have posed the couple in front of the fence instead of behind it. The fence would've dropped into the shadows, and the full dress would've appeared without being blocked by the fence. And the sunlight in the background would've been a spectactular highlight of the whole thing! Keep shooting!

Too far away, take some shots closer and closer.

While I don’t feel the pictures are bad I think they could be much better. The original photo seems exposed properly but the feet are missing. The couple is also quite small compared to the huge sky behind them. But my main objection is the fence in front of the couple. For me the vertical post splits the bride right up the middle. It just turns me off.

The rest of the photos look way too light and way too overprocessed. I mean no disrespect or offense but if it was me I would try cropping just the couple above the fence and cut way back on the sides and sky.

Of course others may disagree. You need to do this to make you and the couple happy.

Crop it way down to capture the couple and sky and nothing else.

When photographing overweight brides with thinner grooms ALWAYS place the groom in front to hide some of the size of the bride. If alone then placed her so that one of her shoulders is facing the camera.

I like it. You made the bending trees and 'pointy' sky in the center look like a wedding chapel. Very nice.

can I place the groom in front of her without covering her? This sounds non traditional, do you have an example?
